The national reproductive health strategy development taskforce held it second meeting on the review of the draft reproductive health strategy document on March 24, 2009. The GTZ/Options Reproductive Health Support Programme participated in the meeting as a member of the Taskforce.

The GTZ Health Sector Programme promotes multi-dimensional prevention approaches that take into account both sexual behaviour and socio-economic dynamics.
The Community Health Strategy was developed to support the delivery of Kenya Essential Package for Health at the community level. The GTZ Health sector programme (HSP) has been playing a central role in development and roll-out of the Strategy.
